These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PurrMobile services.

PurrMobile is a brand operated by BWN Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms incorporate the following policies, which form part of this agreement:

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

If a minor uses the Service under your supervision, you are responsible for their activities and compliance with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PurrMobile provides digital eSIM mobile connectivity plans and related software services that allow compatible devices to access cellular data networks.

Services may include:

  • eSIM provisioning
  • connectivity activation services
  • account management tools
  • related digital platform services

Service availability may vary depending on:

  • device compatibility
  • carrier coverage
  • geographic location
  • third-party telecommunications infrastructure

3. Connectivity Provider Disclaimer

PurrMobile is a digital platform that facilitates access to mobile data services provided by third-party telecommunications carriers and network partners.

PurrMobile does not operate a telecommunications network and is not a telecommunications carrier.

Connectivity services are delivered through licensed telecommunications providers.

Network availability, speeds, and performance are determined by those providers.

PurrMobile's role is limited to software provisioning and digital activation of connectivity services.

4. Device Compatibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their device:

  • supports eSIM technology
  • is carrier unlocked
  • supports the required network bands
  • is compatible with supported carriers

Compatibility may vary depending on manufacturer, device model, operating system version, and region.

PurrMobile does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

5. Account Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate account information
  • maintain the security of login credentials
  • accept responsibility for all activities conducted under their account

Users must notify PurrMobile immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

PurrMobile does not store full credit card numbers.

By purchasing a product, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

7. Billing Disputes, Fraud Prevention, and Chargebacks

PurrMobile uses fraud detection systems and monitoring tools to prevent abuse.

Because PurrMobile products are digitally delivered immediately after payment confirmation, users agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for legitimate purchases.

Digital delivery occurs once activation information such as QR codes or installation instructions are issued.

If a chargeback is initiated after digital delivery, PurrMobile may:

  • suspend or terminate accounts
  • disable active eSIM profiles
  • restrict future purchases
  • recover fees associated with chargebacks

Users must first contact customer support before initiating disputes with their payment provider.

8. Refund Policy

Because PurrMobile products are digital telecommunications services, purchases are generally final.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • the eSIM fails to activate due to a provisioning error attributable to PurrMobile
  • the service cannot be delivered due to a system error
  • a refund is required by applicable law

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • slow network speeds
  • network congestion
  • carrier coverage limitations
  • device incompatibility
  • incorrect device configuration
  • user installation errors

9. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

Delivery occurs when activation details are made available through email, account portal, or installation page.

Digital delivery is considered complete once activation information is issued.

10. Network Availability and Performance

Connectivity services depend on third-party telecommunications providers.

PurrMobile does not guarantee uninterrupted service, minimum network speeds, or coverage in all locations.

11. Emergency Services Disclaimer

PurrMobile services are data-only connectivity services and may not support emergency calling or emergency messaging such as 911.

Users must not rely on the Service for emergency communications.

12. Regional Restrictions

Telecommunications services may be restricted or regulated in certain jurisdictions.

Users are responsible for complying with local telecommunications laws when using the Service.

13. Fair Usage and Network Protection

PurrMobile services are intended for normal personal or business use.

Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

14. Prohibited Use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

15. Third-Party Providers

PurrMobile relies on third-party telecommunications providers and infrastructure vendors.

The Company is not responsible for outages caused by those providers.

16. Termination

PurrMobile may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or fraudulent activity is detected.

17. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, and content associated with PurrMobile remain the property of BWN Ventures, LLC.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWN Ventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

20. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BWN Ventures, LLC from claims arising from misuse of the Service.

21. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions and waive jury trial rights where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

23. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.

24. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms periodically.

25. Order of Precedence

If there is any conflict between these Terms and incorporated policies, these Terms will control.
