PurrMobile is a brand operated by BWN Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that PurrMobile services are used responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and telecommunications regulations.

This Policy is intended to protect the integrity, reliability, and security of the Service and the networks used to deliver connectivity.

2. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

Users may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • engaging in illegal activity or facilitating unlawful conduct
  • committing fraud or identity theft
  • transmitting malicious software, viruses, or malware
  • attempting to interfere with telecommunications networks
  • circumventing service limitations or security protections
  • cloning or modifying eSIM profiles
  • attempting to manipulate carrier infrastructure
  • unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • distributing spam or unsolicited communications
  • harassment, abuse, or harmful communications
  • violating intellectual property rights

4. Network Abuse

PurrMobile services must not be used in a manner that negatively affects network performance or stability.

Examples of network abuse include:

  • automated traffic generation intended to disrupt networks
  • excessive bandwidth consumption that interferes with other users
  • attempts to bypass network management systems
  • activities that degrade network quality or availability

PurrMobile may implement network management practices to maintain service stability and quality.

5. Telecommunications Misuse

Users must not use the Service in ways that violate telecommunications regulations or carrier policies.

Prohibited actions include:

  • SIM cloning or modification
  • tampering with eSIM provisioning
  • attempting to manipulate carrier routing
  • bypassing roaming restrictions
  • using the Service to disrupt telecommunications infrastructure

6. Unauthorized Resale

PurrMobile services are intended for personal or authorized business use.

Users may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written authorization from PurrMobile.

Unauthorized resale may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Reverse Engineering and System Interference

Users may not attempt to:

  • reverse engineer the Service
  • extract source code or proprietary technology
  • bypass platform protections
  • interfere with APIs or system infrastructure
  • disrupt the operation of the Service

8. Fair Usage Expectations

PurrMobile services are designed for typical consumer or business usage patterns.

Excessive or abnormal usage patterns may trigger network management actions including:

  • traffic throttling
  • temporary suspension
  • termination of service

These measures may be necessary to maintain network reliability and comply with carrier requirements.

9. Enforcement

PurrMobile reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

If a violation occurs, PurrMobile may take actions including:

  • issuing warnings
  • suspending service
  • terminating accounts
  • disabling active eSIM profiles
  • reporting unlawful activity to authorities

10. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

PurrMobile may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law or when investigating suspected illegal activity.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, telecommunications regulations, or operational practices.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
