Make sure your phone is unlocked, supports eSIM, and is running the latest software update. Have a backup internet connection (like Wi-Fi) ready when you install so your device can download the profile smoothly.
Tap "Sign Up" in the top navigation, enter your email, set a strong password, and verify the confirmation email. Once you sign in, you can browse plans, save favorites, and manage active eSIMs.
Install 1–2 days before you leave so you have time to test. Use your confirmation email or order status quick links, and activation won't begin until your phone connects to a supported network at your destination.
Most modern phones let you store several eSIM profiles. Label each one in your device settings (e.g., "PurrMobile Japan") so you can switch between them quickly when you reach a new country.
