Billing & Payments FAQs
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For corporate travel teams, contact us to enable invoicing with net payment terms.
Head to Account > Order History, choose your purchase, and click "Download Invoice." A PDF with plan details, taxes, and billing address will be generated instantly.
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end, but banks can take 3–10 business days to reflect the credit. We'll email you once the refund is submitted.
Taxes depend on your billing address and local regulations. Any required VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout, so you'll never see surprise fees after the fact.
